Can Several Homes in the Same Community Be Shot in One Visit?
Yes. Book each home for the same day under the same email or phone: one visit, any travel fee counted once, and a separate gallery for every home.
Yes. Book each home through the booking flow for the same date, under the same email or phone number, and they are photographed on one visit. Any travel fee is counted once for the visit, not once per home. Every home gets its own delivery gallery. Cancelling one home does not cancel the others or change their rate.
That is the whole mechanism. The rest of this page is what has to be ready on your side for the day to work.
What has to be ready for several homes on one visit?
- Every home booked for the same date, under the same email or phone. That pairing is what makes the bookings one visit.
- Every home released for that day. Vacant, between guests, or with the tenant told. The home that isn't ready is the one that breaks the day.
- Access for every home that will be empty. Door code, gate code or lockbox code, entered in the booking flow for that home. Never by email. The details are in How Do You Get a Photographer Into a Gated Community?
- The name on the guard list. In a gated community, the name is Lucas, for every home on the route.
- One person who answers the phone for all of them. If a gate or a code fails at the third home, that is the call.
- Each house prepared. For a sale or a long-term rental, the room-by-room checklist. For a vacation rental, the turnover-day list.
How many homes fit in one visit?
There is no fixed maximum. The practical limit is how many time slots are still open that day in the booking flow — each home takes one, and bookings don't overlap — plus when each home is released and how each one is opened.
How is the rate counted when there are several homes?
Home by home, with one exception.
- Each home has its own rate. A flat rate set by the size of that property — bedrooms and square footage, whichever of the two puts the house in the larger package. Short-term listings carry an adjustment.
- The travel fee is the exception. An address far enough from the base carries a travel fee, priced into the rate. On a visit with several homes, it is counted once for the visit.
- Aerial is included on every home. It is part of every package, never a line item.
- No add-on fees on top of the rate.
- An address too far for the booking flow to price waits for us to confirm it by email. If we can take it, the answer includes the final rate for that address.
What happens if one home drops out?
Plans change on one unit. The owner pulls the listing, a guest extends, the tenant isn't ready.
Cancel that home. The others stay booked, and their rate does not change — including when the home you cancel was the one carrying the travel fee.
Cancelling and rescheduling cost nothing, at any notice. We ask for 24 hours when you can give it. It is a courtesy, not a condition.
Does each home get its own photos?
Yes. Every home is shot as its own listing — interior, exterior and aerial — and delivered in its own gallery, to the email on the booking.
That matters most in a resort community. Two units on the same street can share a floor plan and the same finishes, and the kitchen of one can pass for the kitchen of the next. A separate gallery per home is what keeps one unit's photos off the other unit's listing.
Why one photographer for the whole portfolio?
To us, a portfolio should read like one company's inventory.
When every home is shot by the same person, on the same package, the listings match each other: the same deliverable, the same coverage, room by room, inside and out and from above. Someone comparing two of your homes is comparing the homes, not two photographers.

FAQ
Do the homes have to be in the same community?
No. What makes it one visit is the booking, not the street: the same email or phone and the same date. The same community is the case this page is about, not a condition.
Is the travel fee charged on every home?
No. When an address carries a travel fee, it is counted once for the visit, not once per home. Everything else is per home: each one has its own flat rate by property size, with aerial included and no add-on fees on top of the rate.
What if one of the homes cancels?
The others stay booked and their rate does not change, even if the cancelled home was the one carrying the travel fee. Cancelling is free at any notice; 24 hours is asked as a courtesy.
Is there a limit to how many homes can be booked for the same day?
There is no fixed maximum. The practical limit is how many time slots are still open that day in the booking flow — each home takes one — plus when each home is released and how each one is opened.
Are the photos of each home delivered separately?
Yes. Every home has its own delivery gallery, sent to the email on the booking.
