04 · How the rate is built
To us, the quote round is the slowest part of hiring a photographer.
So here, the rate comes with the booking.
05 · The index
No stock and no borrowed listings.

Aerial included means drone images ship with the package — no separate fee, no second visit. What that covers, in plain terms.
A room-by-room checklist to prepare a house for listing photos. Forward it to the seller as is, or copy the short bullet version at the end.
The room-by-room shot list a Kissimmee, Davenport or Champions Gate short-term rental listing needs — and the turnover window it has to fit into.
08 · FAQ
Interior, exterior and aerial, in every package, for every house. Aerial is never billed separately. Where controlled airspace covers the property — parts of the Disney and MCO corridor — I clear the flight or tell you before the shoot.
Flat rate by property size — bedrooms and square footage together, whichever of the two puts the house in the larger package. Short-term rental listings carry an adjustment, and an address far enough away carries a travel fee. Where the flow can price the address, both are inside the rate it shows before you book, with no add-on fees on top and no retainer. An address too far to price automatically, or one the flow cannot locate, waits for a reply by email. One published number would be wrong for most houses, so the rate appears inside the booking flow, for the address you type.
Kissimmee, Davenport, Champions Gate, Four Corners, Celebration, Windermere, Winter Garden, Clermont, St. Cloud, Poinciana, Haines City, Reunion and greater Orlando. The flow takes any address. One far enough away carries a travel fee inside the rate, and one too far to price automatically gets a reply by email.
Yes — it is a regular part of the work in this corridor. The rental type changes the package, not the shoot: pool deck, game room and resort amenities get the same attention as the kitchen.
Yes. Book each home for the same day and they are photographed on one trip, each in its own time slot — and each house still gets its own full set: interior, exterior and aerial.
No. Vacant and occupied homes are both photographed. An occupied home is shot as it is lived in, and people stay out of the picture.
